About the Job
Perform system/networking infrastructure operations, such as change, upgrade and maintenance
Perform health checks and monitor system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems
Identify network, system needs and evaluates hardware and software requirements and capabilities
Establish and maintaining documentation reports, manuals, operation procedures
Work in team in testing, researching, learning, and applying specific new technologies and products
Shift duty is required with allowance provided, to ensure round the clock service availability
About You
University Graduate or High Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry
Hands-on experience with Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet product is an advantage
Holder of Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet Certification is an advantage
Work independently, fast-responder, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills, and work under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Network Specialist"
