Key responsibilities
Verify systems configured to customer requirements, including Features, Workflows, Data and Edge Cases
Convert Requirements into testable Test Cases
Conduct manual testing and exploratory testing for cases not covered by automation
Record test results and evidence comprehensively
Develop and maintain Automated Tests to support Regression Testing
Adjust test suites when product or Configuration changes
Record Defects with reproducible steps, track fixes and conduct retesting
Assess readiness and provide Go/No-Go recommendations before customer delivery
Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers, PM and Product Teams
Verify Data, Environment Setup, Integrations and support Product QA when necessary
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years of QA or Software Testing experience with both Manual and Automation Testing
Experience with Automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
Ability to design Test Cases from Requirements and Specifications
Experience testing Web Applications, REST APIs and basic SQL for data verification
Experience with Defect/Test Management tools such as Jira
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with stakeholders
Additional qualifications: SaaS/Multi-tenant, JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD, Customer Success and English language proficiency
