Senior Network Engineer
OSD is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about building reliable network solutions and driving continuous infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and deploy enterprise network solutions to support business requirements.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize existing network infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure network security, availability, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior network engineers to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of:
- Routing & Switching
- Network Protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, etc.)
- Firewalls
- Enterprise Network Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Network Security solutions and Network Monitoring Tools.
• CCNP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
