We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls, enterprise networking, and advanced network troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should be confident in independently configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls and supporting complex global enterprise network environments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, interfaces, routing, and VPNs.
Manage and troubleshoot site-to-site and remote-access VPN connectivity.
Support Cisco switches, routers, and Meraki wireless networks.
Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
Manage enterprise routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Support Silver Peak WAN optimization and PRTG network monitoring.
Maintain network availability, security, and performance across global enterprise environments.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve network incidents independently.
Manage incidents and changes using ServiceNow.
Required Technical Skills
Palo Alto Firewall Expertise – High Priority
Strong hands-on experience in Palo Alto firewall administration and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to configure security policies, NAT, interfaces, routing, and VPNs.
Experience troubleshooting firewall traffic, connectivity issues, and policy-related problems.
Familiarity with Palo Alto Panorama is highly preferred.

BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, and TCP/IP
Layer 2/Layer 3 network design and troubleshooting
