Senior Network Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise network, security, and connectivity infrastructure across multi-vendor technology platforms. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions, including enterprise routing, data centre networking, wireless infrastructure, and WAN connectivity. The engineer will support system integration initiatives, deployment projects, performance optimization, and operational support aligned with business and cybersecurity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, data centre, and wireless networks.

• Deploy and configure routing, switching, firewall, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions in multi-vendor environments.

• Implement scalable and resilient network architecture using modern networking technologies.

• Integrate network infrastructure with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms.

• Design redundancy, failover, and high availability network solutions.

• Implement and support data centre network fabric and overlay networking solutions.

• Implement firewall policies, VPN connectivity, network segmentation, and access control mechanisms.

• Deploy and support SD-WAN infrastructure for branch and hybrid connectivity.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization.

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for network and integration-related incidents.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking or system integration roles.

• Proven experience implementing multi-vendor network infrastructure.

• Experience supporting data centre networking and advanced routing technologies.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and within project teams.

• Strong documentation and reporting capability.

• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience with BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, and vendor technologies including Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, H3C, MikroTik.
