Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer
with 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, AWS cloud networking,
Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba wireless, and ZTNA solutions such as Zscaler. The
candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network operations,
troubleshooting, cloud connectivity, and security support across on-prem and
cloud environments.
Roles &
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day network operations including monitoring,
incident resolution, and service request handling.
- Configure, operate, and support Cisco and Juniper switches for LAN
and WAN connectivity.
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls including security
policies, NAT, and VPN operations.
- Support and maintain Aruba wireless infrastructure to ensure high
availability and performance.
- Perform routing and switching activities such as VLANs, inter-VLAN
routing, and basic routing troubleshooting.
- Assist with AWS cloud networking operations including:
- VPCs
- Subnets
- Route Tables
- NACLs
- Security Groups
- Transit Gateway (TGW)
- PrivateLink
- Support site-to-site and remote-access VPN connectivity across
on-prem and cloud environments.
- Support and troubleshoot ZTNA/SASE solutions, preferably Zscaler
ZIA and ZPA.
- Support internal teams and customers in resolving network connectivity
and troubleshooting issues.
- Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and
configuration deployments following ITSM processes.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational
procedures.
- Work with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams for issue
resolution and project implementation.
Required
Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network
troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper switches.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, NAT, and IPSec VPNs.
- Experience with Aruba wireless access points.
- Good understanding of AWS networking concepts.
- Experience with Zscaler Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise support
environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with network automation tools or scripting is a plus.
