We’re looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join a fast-growing engineering team working on regulated financial platforms across LATAM. This is an urgent, high-impact hire. You’ll be joining at a critical stage, helping to deliver key product milestones and scale secure, high-availability systems in a regulated environment. If you enjoy ownership, autonomy, and building systems that genuinely matter - this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and scaling backend services using Node.js
- Deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes
- Working with Mongo DB in production environments
- Contributing to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
- Identifying technical risks and proactively solving them
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of backend development experience
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js (essential)
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
- Solid knowledge of Mongo DB
- Experience with Azure or AWS (nice to have)
- Comfortable working in regulated or high-availability environments
- Takes ownership
- Communicates clearlyThinks ahead and manages risk
- Works independently
- Thrives in fast-paced teams
- Experience in Financial Services, Open Finance, or Banking is a plus.
