Senior- Non IT Procurement
Roles & responsibilities
•Lead sourcing initiatives across non-IT categories such as travel, hotels, HR services, events, facilities, L&D, Gifting, professional services, Insurance, infra services and strategic sourcing.
•Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business requirements and cost optimization goals.
•Drive commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.
•Manage vendor onboarding, empanelment, performance reviews, and renewals.
•Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution in coordination with Legal, Finance, and business teams.
•Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
•Act as a key interface between business teams and suppliers.
•Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across categories. Spend management and analysis.

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) or CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CPP
Work experience
•8–12 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to non-IT categories.
•Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
•Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.
