Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI & transfer projects, including trial builds, validation, and production ramp-up
- Manage and develop NPI engineering team, set KPIs, and drive performance & continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support RFQ, cost estimation, and technical documentation (BOM, WI, PFMEA, Control Plan)
- Act as main technical interface for customers, ensuring compliance with standards (ISO/IATF) and supporting audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Precision, or related field)
- 7+ years in NPI / Manufacturing Engineering with team leadership experience (2–3+ years)
- Strong experience in customer transfer projects & production ramp-up in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan), QMS (ISO 9001/IATF 16949), CAD & ERP systems
