All about the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care service. You will manage a varied caseload, completing holistic assessments with people who have complex needs and working collaboratively with them, their families, carers and partner professionals to promote independence, safety and wellbeing.Assess functional needs, risk and eligibility for occupational therapy support.Recommend and arrange specialist equipment, moving and handling solutions, and minor or major housing adaptations.Develop, implement and review person-centred intervention plans.Provide guidance, clinical supervision and support to junior staff and students, while contributing to service improvement.
This is a part time role that will need to include working Tuesdays and ideally Fridays
