Tasks
Your tasks
* Lead the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
* Run workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
* Coaching the development team.
* Conceptualization and design of development processes
* Collaborate closely with product owners and consultants.
* Ensure technical alignment with business goals
* Optimize system performance and reliability
Requirements
Your profile
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or similar
* At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
* Strong expertise in Python
* Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
* Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes
* Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
* English speaking team player ( at least C1 level)
