Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive the branch's financial performance, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies within the Consumer Banking Group.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and support career development.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and internal compliance policies.
• Resolve complex customer issues effectively to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic distribution initiatives and business growth plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within retail banking or consumer financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management, and financial regulatory standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience in business or finance.
