Job Purpose: The Senior Business Planning Officer will be responsible for assisting the CEO in implementing strategic business plans that align with the company's objectives. The Business Planning Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of these plans. Additionally, As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to top executives in the company. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and performing other tasks as needed to ensure their schedules run smoothly.

Skills & Qualification:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant filed or fresh graduate from top business schools
- Tech orientation and passion to learn about digital banking technologies, systems, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large and cross-functional teams.
- Creative and excited about contributing to the digital transformation of the country
