Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in IT, Business studies, e-Commerce or other relevant ones.
Have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce or related experience is preferred.
Result-oriented, multi-tasking and independent with a proactive and positive attitude.
Good team player with leadership.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines, and among the needs with different stakeholders.
Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Assist in E-Commerce operations (O2O) by working/monitoring on-site.
Manage E-Commerce platform enhancements, include ad hoc projects and all channel development
Working closely with the operation team, digital marketing team and logistic team as well as call center team to ensure smooth E-Commerce
development
Provide training and support to end-users on e-commerce systems and processes
Ramp up project team to coordinate the communication and operation mechanism of relevant project stakeholders
Assist in conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance of e-commerce features and functionalities
Incidents/work requests management with regular analysis
