Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned hiring portfolios, including job posting, talent sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability, relevant experience, career motivations, and compensation expectations
  • Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with established recruitment policies, governance standards, and audit requirements
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition activities to support the organization's talent attraction goals
  • Undertake additional Talent Acquisition duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience gained from an in-house Talent Acquisition function, recruitment agency, banking environment, or a combination thereof
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, or talent acquisition projects will be an added advantage
