Senior Officer, Technical Writing

❖ Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project.

❖ Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

❖ Utilize project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to structure timelines and task dependencies.

❖ Conducted regular follow-ups with cross-functional teams to track progress against milestones and KPI’s.

❖ Implement status reporting mechanisms (daily stand-ups, weekly reports, dashboards) to ensure visibility.

❖ Identify risks and bottlenecks early, initiated corrective actions, and updated plans accordingly.

❖ Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and adjust priorities as needed.

❖ Oversee the implementation of the project plan by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines.

❖ Ensure deliverables met quality standards and completed within the set schedule.

❖ Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.

❖ Conduct project closure activities, including performance reviews, lessons learned, and documentation.

Education Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc (Preferred)

Experience: 3-5 Years
