Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Join our team as a Senior On-Site Services Specialist, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace support and customer service. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including print production, mail and shipping services, document management, hospitality support, and office operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate high-volume print, copy, scanning, and bindery equipment.
• Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance support, and service coordination for office equipment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution services.
• Support meeting and conference room setups and workplace hospitality services.
• Respond to employee and customer service requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain supply inventories, service logs, and operational records.
• Deliver completed projects and materials throughout the facility.
• Support reception, file management, and other administrative services as needed.
• Assist with office moves, light facilities support, and other site operations activities.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in print, mailroom, office services, customer support, hospitality, or a related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, document services, or production print environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility.
