Senior OpenBMC Firmware Engineer (Wireline - 臺中/三重)

【Key Responsibilities】
依據伺服器硬體架構與系統設計需求，設計、開發、維護並除錯 BMC 韌體。
進行高層與低層設計、實作與整合新的 BMC 功能與系統增強。
作為平台負責人或領域專家，帶領或參與專案，並為團隊成員提供技術指導與培訓。
與硬體、BIOS 以及系統團隊合作，在客製化伺服器平台上 bring-up 與移植 OpenBMC。
參與整個伺服器開發週期中的系統整合、驗證以及問題根因分析。

【Required Qualifications】
具備 BMC 開發或開源 BMC 解決方案（例如 OpenBMC）的實務經驗。
具備扎實的 C/C++ 程式設計能力，並具有良好的軟體設計原則以及程式追蹤／除錯能力。
良好理解 Linux 作業系統架構，包括 kernel 與使用者空間應用程式。
具備扎實的低階硬體通訊協定知識，包括：
I2C、PMBus、SPI、UART、JTAG、GPIO。
深入理解 IPMI 2.0 與 DCMI 1.5，包括：
IPMI Messaging、SDR、SEL、FRU、SOL、IPMB、LAN、KCS、Event Log、PEF、ME、NM、PECI。
具備能獨立將 BMC 韌體移植至客製硬體平台，或實作平台特定演算法的能力。
具備至少一個完整伺服器專案生命週期（從 bring-up 至量產）的經驗。
具備 Redfish、WebUI 或 Linux kernel 開發經驗。
電子工程、電腦工程、軟體工程或相關科系學士或碩士學位。

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven OpenBMC Engineer to join our firmware and system software team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BMC firmware for several platforms, working closely with hardware, system, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality BMC solutions throughout the full lifecycle.

【Key Responsibility】
1. Design, develop, maintain, and debug BMC firmware based on server hardware architecture and system design requirements.
2. Perform high-level and low-level design, implementation, and integration of new BMC features and system enhancements.
3. Lead or contribute as a platform owner or domain expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
4. Collaborate with hardware, BIOS, and system teams to bring up and port OpenBMC on custom server platforms.
5. Participate in system integration, validation, and issue root-cause analysis across the full server development cycle.
