- Strong
understanding of backend and operational processes
- Excellent
command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,
Conditional Formatting, etc.)
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
- High
attention to detail with discipline and punctuality
- Ability
to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and oversee day-to-day operational activities
- Perform
regular operational checks and ensure process compliance
- Coordinate
with internal teams for smooth task execution
- Track,
analyze, and report operational data
- Support
documentation, MIS reporting, and process improvements
- Identify
gaps and suggest operational efficiencies
Eligibility
& Preferences:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
(BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent)
- 3–4
years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech or BFSI
- Strong
Excel and data-handling skills
- Comfortable
working in a full-time, in-office role
