Senior Operations Analyst (AI)

Help keep enterprise AI services reliable and secure. In this role, you’ll support enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini Enterprise.

Location: Pasir Panjang

What you’ll do

• Manage platform administration, user access, agency onboarding, licences and AI credit allocations.
• Monitor service performance and lead the resolution of major incidents with engineering teams and vendors.
• Lead operational readiness for new AI features, agents and integrations, and support security and compliance reviews.
• Automate routine tasks and provide technical guidance to support engineers.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min. 7 years of experience in IT operations, application support, enterprise SaaS administration or cloud service operations.
• Hands-on experience with platform administration, identity and access management, and incident troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access controls and IT service management processes. Experience with enterprise AI platforms, PowerShell, Python or Power Automate is an advantage.
