Senior Operations Analyst
You identify operational opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization, then translate business needs into structured requirements and practical solutions. You lead initiatives from ideation through implementation, define processes and success criteria, support adoption of intelligent workflows, monitor performance, assess impacts, investigate root causes, and present data-backed recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Identify processes suitable for AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization
- Lead AI-related operational initiatives from ideation through implementation
- Define solution logic, data requirements, user flows, controls, success criteria, and adoption plans
- Support implementation of AI tools and intelligent workflows
- Use AI analytics, automation, and predictive capabilities to improve performance and identify operational risks
- Define and improve operational processes and key performance indicators
- Conduct impact assessments and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Investigate operational challenges and perform root cause analysis
- Create business requirements, AI use case definitions, process maps, impact assessments, benefit calculations, and adoption plans
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, product management, operations, AI implementation, or a related role
- Understanding of applying AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to business processes
- Experience translating business problems into solution requirements
- Experience working with technical, data, or product teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze operational processes and design improvement solutions
- Experience with AI analytics, workflow automation, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with process management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Mother-tongue-level English
- Financial services or fintech experience is advantageous
