Senior Operations Controller

What you'll do

• Budget: lead the preparation of the annual operations budget in collaboration with area managers, and perform monthly monitoring.
• Variance analysis: detect and explain variances in the P&L and main KPIs, proposing corrective actions together with the teams.
• Reporting to management: prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, with clear and actionable conclusions.
• Dashboard: maintain and evolve the operational KPI dashboard.
• Cost control and efficiency: analyze the expense structure and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strategy support: build analyses, scenarios, and business cases that assist management in planning and decision-making.
• Continuous improvement: drive improvements in internal control systems, management processes, and reporting automation.

What we're looking for

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in management control or controlling.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.

• Experience in operations or logistics controlling, ideally in distribution or retail.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERPs.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI or similar).
• Master's degree in finance or management control.
