About the Role:

Namhya Foods is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager-D2C Business to lead and streamline end-to-end D2C operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, warehouse processes, order fulfillment, and cost optimization while taking complete ownership of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end D2C operations across multiple sales channels.

- Oversee order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

- Work extensively on platforms like EasyCom and UniCommerce.

- Take complete ownership of operational cost centres and drive cost optimization.

- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, procurement, finance, and marketplace teams.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely replenishment.

- Ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining high service levels.

- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management.

- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure SLA compliance.

- Handle escalations related to operations and ensure quick resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce Operations.

- Hands-on experience with EasyCom, UniCommerce, or similar OMS/WMS software.

- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.

- Experience in handling operational budgets and cost centres.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands.

- Familiarity with marketplace operations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
