Senior Operations Manager

This executive role leads day-to-day manufacturing operations to hit strategic targets across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and P&L financial performance. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing, automation, and data analytics while building organizational capacity for future expansion and New Product Introductions (NPI). Additionally, the position fosters a high-performance culture by coaching teams, championing ESH compliance, and aligning operational policies with long-term business goals. Candidates from an Oil and Gas background, or a heavy manufacturing industry are welcome to apply for this position.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

· 10–15 years of practical manufacturing leadership experience, with strong knowledge of world-class manufacturing and materials management practices.

· Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage large operational teams.

· Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.

· Demonstrated team player with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.

· Proven experience managing operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

· Strong expertise in automation, digitalization, and data analytics to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

· Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, Lean manufacturing, and shopfloor operational excellence.

· Strong customer focus with the ability to balance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development
