About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational and facilities management of the ROOMS network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Regional Operations Managers and the company's Handyman team.
• Provide operational support for cross-site issues and serve as the professional point of contact for site teams.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution and service standards.
• Conduct routine operational audits across all ROOMS locations.
• Oversee company inventory, furniture, equipment, and logistics between locations.
• Lead operational projects, including site upgrades, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support and oversee the launch of new ROOMS locations.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and cross-functional workflows.
• Work closely with senior management, Site Managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Operations Management – required.
• At least 2 years of people management experience – required.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, handymen, or operational staff – a significant advantage.
• Experience in the real estate industry – an advantage.
• Technical understanding and experience in facilities management and building maintenance.
• Strong technological orientation, including experience working with Excel and ticketing/work order management systems.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders – required.
• Strong process improvement skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly between ROOMS locations across Israel.
• Valid driver's license – required.
