Senior Operations Manager (Wellness & Therapy Services)

Hiring Criteria:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience in wellness, massage, spa, beauty or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in outlet operations, sales and business development.
• Able to develop and implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented.

Preferred: Familiarity with the wellness/massage industry and ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff or customers.
