Ops Engineer: owns enterprise reliability, automation, observability, major incident management, and operational strategy across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

  • Lead operational support for enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and critical business applications.
  • Design and implement highly available, scalable, and resilient operational solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for major incidents and outages.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and runbooks.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, networking, and business teams to support service delivery.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Provide technical leadership during critical incidents and production events.
