Senior Optometrist (Paediatric Eye Care)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform refraction for paediatric and adult patients
- Prescribe and dispense spectacles and contact lenses
- Perform comprehensive paediatric eye assessments
- Conduct contact lens fitting, reviews, and aftercare
- Operate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
- Educate and counsel patients and parents on myopia management
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services and patient experience
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry
- Fully registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore
- Experience in paediatric optometry and myopia management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing children and counselling parents
- Patient-focused and proactive
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
