Senior Oracle AWS Data Engineer
Summary
Six-month senior contract in Toronto (onsite as needed) building enterprise data pipelines: Oracle PL/SQL ETL, AWS Glue Python jobs, AWS DMS change-data-capture, Redshift dimensional models, and Power BI dashboards, with healthcare data standards (Ontario HRM, FHIR, HL7 v2).
Build enterprise data pipelines in Toronto as a Senior Oracle Business Intelligence Specialist, using Python, AWS Glue, and Amazon Redshift. Onsite work is required as needed.
This six-month contract focuses on senior-level Oracle and AWS data integration. You will develop SQL procedures, configure AWS DMS, design dimensional models, and create Power BI analytics. Healthcare standards include Ontario HRM, FHIR, and HL7 v2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AWS Glue Python Shell jobs and Python scripts
- Extract, transform, validate, and load Oracle data
- Configure AWS DMS replication and change-data-capture workflows
- Design Redshift star schemas, tables, views, and materialized views
- Build Power BI models, DAX measures, and dashboards
Requirements:
- Public sector or enterprise business intelligence experience
- Senior Oracle PL/SQL, complex SQL, Python, and AWS experience
- Amazon Redshift warehouse and dimensional modeling experience
- Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard expertise
- Healthcare standards mapping experience with Ontario HRM, FHIR, and HL7 v2
