Key responsibilities
AI & Agentic Studio (Primary focus)
Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio: autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory
Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context-aware HR assistants, smart nudges, and predictive analytics dashboards
Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI interfaces: chatbots for employee self-service, manager actions, and approvals
Configure AI-powered features: Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate
Monitor agent performance and implement responsible AI guardrails within HR workflows
Redwood UX personalization & configuration
Implement and customize Redwood-based pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Application Composer
Build personalized employee and manager experiences using Redwood design tokens, themes, and responsive layouts
Design Smart Actions, Quick Actions, and contextual page layouts aligned to business persona needs
Lead Redwood migration assessments and cutover from Classic UI to Redwood for key HCM flows
Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Develop low-code/no-code HR applications and extensions using VBCS integrated with Fusion HCM REST APIs
Build custom portals, dashboards, and embedded apps within the Fusion HCM UI using VBCS
Design event-driven integrations using VBCS + Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR data flows
Create reusable VBCS components and business object models connected to HCM data sources
Core techno-functional delivery
Expertise in configuring and extending Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting (ORC)
Proficient in Fast Formula development, Workflows, Alerts, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL/HSDL data management
Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems (payroll, HRIS, identity management)
Execute Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configurations and maintain BR100/configuration workbooks
Lead SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and hyper care support activities
Quarterly updates & innovation
Monitor Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly release notes and assess impact on existing configurations
Champion adoption of new AI capabilities and Redwood enhancements with business stakeholders
Conduct POCs and demos for emerging Oracle HCM capabilities
Required skills & qualifications
Mandatory technical skills
8+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM
Proficiency in Redwood UX: Page Composer, VBS, Redwood themes, Smart/Quick Actions
Strong VBCS development: REST API integrations, custom pages, event handlers, service connections
Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula (Core HR & Payroll)
Deep knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL for mass data management
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integration scenarios
REST API and SOAP web services development using Fusion HCM APIs
Functional domain knowledge
Strong understanding of Core HR (Global HR), Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits
Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable Fusion HCM configurations
Soft skills & certifications
Excellent communication: able to present to stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
Ability to produce technical and functional documentation
