· OutSystems Expert Developer certification or higher.

· Proven experience integrating legacy systems into a modern platform

· Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies across the full software development lifecycle.

· Demonstrated experience developing and delivering digital products or platforms for government or public sector organizations.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
