Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale partner-facing demand generation, enablement, and go-to-market programs that support Valimail’s global channel and technology alliance ecosystem, including Microsoft and Abnormal Security. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this highly cross-functional role will directly impact our GTM execution and revenue strategy by bringing field and partner marketing best practices to life. What you will do
- Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns with strategic channel and tech alliance partners, including Microsoft and Abnormal Security Collaborate with partner, sales, and marketing teams to create and scale co-branded programs that drive pipeline and customer value
- Design and activate partner-facing programs such as webinars, events, and email newsletters
- Support the enablement of partner sales teams through impactful content and tools that accelerate adoption and conversion
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs against key KPIs such as sourced pipeline, partner engagement, and ROI
- Build repeatable and scalable processes for executing and optimizing global partner marketing activities
- Design, build, and deliver comprehensive partner enablement marketing materials, including webinars-in-a-box, events-in-a-box, email campaigns, social media toolkits, and demand generation assets that partners can easily customize and deploy.
- Create scalable campaign frameworks and content libraries that can be adapted across different partner tiers while maintaining brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
- Support our field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic
What you will have
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3 or more years focused on partner or channel marketing
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner co-marketing and joint GTM campaigns
- Excellent project management and prioritization abilities; able to juggle multiple campaigns across partners
- Experience creating partner-facing collateral and enablement tools
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring program success and optimizing accordingly
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with partner, sales and marketing teams
Nice to have
- Experience working with or marketing Microsoft and/or Abnormal Security partner ecosystems
- Background in cybersecurity or SaaS demand generation
