We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

The opportunity

Horizon3 is seeking an EMEA Partner Operations Manager to lead operational execution across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

This hands-on role will translate global partner strategy into effective regional workflows—making it easier for partners to onboard, transact, access enablement, register deals, and receive support. You will partner with EMEA Channel and Sales leadership and teams across Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to improve execution, data quality, partner adoption, and revenue visibility.

What you’ll own

Regional operations and governance

  • Own EMEA partner workflows while maintaining alignment with global policies, systems, and definitions.

  • Manage regional intake, prioritization, SLAs, escalations, and policy exceptions.

  • Establish operating cadences for deal reviews, reporting, partner issues, and stakeholder updates.

  • Identify process gaps and translate them into documented procedures, automation, or system improvements.

  • Serve as the escalation point for partner access, deal registration, attribution, enablement, and reporting.

Deal registration and pipeline

  • Manage and support the EMEA deal-registration lifecycle from submission through qualification, conversion, expiration, and reporting.

  • Monitor queues, aging, ownership, and SLA performance.

  • Partner with PBMs and AEs to improve submission quality, partner communication, and opportunity conversion.

  • Support consistent application of deal-protection, conflict-resolution, and attribution rules.

  • Maintain accurate partner activity and pipeline data across Salesforce and partner systems.

  • Deliver insights for pipeline reviews, QBRs, planning, and executive reporting.

Partner onboarding and adoption

  • Coordinate partner onboarding, contracts, portal access, user administration, records, and approvals.

  • Reduce time to readiness through clear workflows, ownership, and escalation paths.

  • Support regional enablement, certifications, training, webinars, and partner communications.

  • Track activation through portal usage, certifications, deal registrations, and first-deal progress.

  • Maintain accurate partner contacts, hierarchies, tiers, ownership, and route-to-market classifications.

  • Improve partner self-service through practical documentation and portal resources.

Reporting and regional readiness

  • Own EMEA partner reporting across pipeline, deal registrations, closed-won ARR, engagement, enablement, and operational risks.

  • Establish consistent regional filters, fiscal definitions, classifications, and attribution rules.

  • Certify QBR data and document assumptions, gaps, and follow-up actions.

  • Provide concise insights into performance drivers, risks, and areas requiring intervention.

  • Adapt global processes for regional business, language, contracting, procurement, and compliance requirements without creating disconnected local systems.

What success looks like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Assess EMEA partner workflows, systems, data, reporting, and key relationships.

  • Baseline volume, response times, backlog, aging, access issues, and escalation patterns.

  • Establish clear intake, ownership, escalation, and operating-review processes.

  • Recommend improvements to onboarding, portal adoption, deal conversion, reporting, and partner self-service.

Long-term success will include stronger deal-registration performance, faster partner onboarding, more reliable pipeline and revenue reporting, improved partner activation, fewer operational exceptions, and consistent adoption of global workflows across EMEA.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Partner, Channel, Revenue, or Sales Operations.

  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems across multiple EMEA markets.

  • Experience with partner onboarding, deal registration, partner portals, QBRs, enablement, or channel governance.

  • Strong understanding of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, attribution, conversion, and closed-won reporting.

  • Ability to adapt global processes to regional requirements while maintaining consistent controls and data quality.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, PRM, BI, portal, or workflow systems.

  • Strong analytical, operational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • A track record of building and improving scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.

  • Experience with EMEA distributors and multi-tier channel models.

  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, MSSP/MSP, reseller, or referral motions.

  • Experience supporting localized programs, enablement, communications, or compliance requirements.

  • Fluency in an additional EMEA language.

  • Experience building executive dashboards, QBRs, scorecards, or regional operating reviews.
