Bevatel is hiring a Senior Partnership Specialist. This role is critical for managing, cultivating, and expanding relationships with external partners, vendors, and organizations to drive growth and meet our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships, serving as the main point of contact.
- Strategic Development: Identifying new partner opportunities to support business growth and expanding existing partnerships.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and executing MoUs and partnership agreements.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking partner performance against compliance standards, KPIs, and service agreements.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams to integrate partner contributions effectively.
- Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on partner activities, ROI, and program performance.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- Professional Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, account management, or strategic alliances.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and a solid understanding of [Insert your specific industry, e.g., Tech, NGO, or Finance] landscapes.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Contractual Literacy: Strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents, such as Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and non-disclosure agreements.
- Data Analysis & ROI: Proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to measure the success of a partnership. Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is often essential.
- Negotiation Strategy: Advanced skills in principled negotiation to ensure "win-win" outcomes that align with the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met by both internal and external parties.
