Senior Partnerships Manager Payments and Network
You will own partnerships that enable money movement across the platform, including card networks, payment processors, tokenization providers, fraud platforms, reconciliation infrastructure, and cash-access partners. You will lead commercial strategy, improve payment reliability and scalability, evaluate infrastructure opportunities, and coordinate initiatives with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio of payments and network partners.
- Lead commercial strategy, including interchange optimization, network incentives, processor economics, contract renewals, and cost management.
- Optimize service levels, settlement quality, and reconciliation performance with Financial Ops.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, multi-processor strategies, and emerging payment technologies.
- Monitor payments market trends, competitive developments, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional growth, distribution, and platform partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or payments across product, strategy, or partnership roles.
- Commercial and financial acumen in unit economics, revenue performance, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
- Communication skills to influence partners and internal technical and business stakeholders.
