Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.

The Role

RevenueCat’s product sits at the center of a much broader technology ecosystem. Developers using RevenueCat also rely on payment providers, analytics platforms, engagement tools, attribution providers, developer platforms, AI coding tools, and many other products to build and grow their apps.

We’ve built integrations and relationships across that ecosystem. Now we want to turn them into a deliberate, high-performing technology partner ecosystem.

We’re hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem, to lead that work.

This isn’t a role where success means managing the largest possible portfolio of partners or running a standard playbook of webinars, events, and integration announcements.

You’ll figure out which technology partnerships matter most to RevenueCat and our customers, why they matter, and what we should actually do about them.

You’ll deepen our highest-potential existing partnerships, identify and build the next strategic relationships RevenueCat needs, help prioritize the integrations we invest in, and make the value of our technology ecosystem measurable.

This is a high-ownership role. You’ll work closely with our Partnerships Lead and teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to turn strategy into execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Decide where we should invest based on customer demand, adoption, strategic importance, commercial opportunity, and effort, and where we should deliberately do less.

  • Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.

  • Identify and build new strategic partnerships. Spot emerging ecosystem opportunities, build the business case, engage the right companies, and take new partnerships from idea through launch.

  • Help prioritize new integrations. Build the business case for which integrations RevenueCat should invest in, based on customer demand, commercial opportunity, strategic value, and partner commitment.

  • Create a scalable model for the wider ecosystem. Improve how we evaluate and support inbound integration requests, including making it easier for lower-touch partners to build with RevenueCat.

  • Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.

What success looks like:

In the first month, you’ll:

  • Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat, our customers, product, and technology ecosystem.

  • Meet key teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

  • Review our existing integrations and partner relationships and begin taking ownership of the day-to-day technology partner portfolio.

  • Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Have a clear view of which partnerships and integrations matter most, where we should invest, and where we should do less.

  • Have introduced a framework for evaluating existing and new partners.

  • Have clear plans in place for our highest-potential relationships.

  • Become a trusted partner to our Product teams.

  • Complete your first side quest.

Within 6 months, you’ll:

  • Demonstrate measurable growth in ecosystem impact across metrics such as integration adoption, customer value, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Launch differentiated GTM motions with our highest-priority partners, tailored to the opportunity each partnership creates.

  • Own a pipeline of target technology partners based on RevenueCat’s most strategic product, customer, and market priorities.

  • Convert the highest-value opportunities in your pipeline into signed or actively launching partnerships.

  • Establish a clear model for evaluating and managing inbound integration requests.

Within 12 months, you’ll:

  • Have our highest-priority partnerships producing measurable customer and business outcomes.

  • Have sourced, signed, and launched multiple high-impact partnerships aligned to RevenueCat’s strategic priorities.

  • Use performance data to actively shift investment across the ecosystem, doubling down on high-impact partnerships and deprioritizing those that aren’t delivering value.

  • Establish repeatable ways to take our highest-priority partnerships to market, while tailoring the motion to the opportunity each partner creates.

  • Have built a scalable model for evaluating, launching, and supporting new integrations without every opportunity requiring high-touch involvement.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, including meaningful ownership of technology, platform, product, or ecosystem partnerships, with experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

  • You’ve helped build or significantly improve a technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why.

  • You’ve proactively created strategic partnerships end-to-end - identifying the opportunity, building the internal case, engaging the partner, and launching a partnership that created meaningful customer or business value.

  • You know how to make partnerships valuable after the agreement is signed, and have built creative GTM strategies that go beyond standard webinars, events, and partner marketing.

  • You’re technically credible and commercially minded. You can independently understand APIs, SDKs, technical documentation, and how integrations work well enough to engage directly with Product, Engineering, and technical partner teams, while thinking naturally about customer value, adoption, distribution, and revenue.

  • You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.

Ideally, you also:

  • Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or another technical SaaS ecosystem.

  • Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate technical products.

  • Are comfortable experimenting with new developer and AI tools to understand products and partnership opportunities firsthand.

  • Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

What we offer:

  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge

  • $2,000 USD for workspace setup and $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning
