Senior Pastor
Summary
Leads a church community in Helsinki, preaching in Akan and English, providing spiritual guidance, and managing staff while implementing the church's vision and outreach programs.
We are looking for a Senior Pastor who can;

Preach and teach the word of God faithfully and biblical in both Akan and English language with a proven experience in pastoral leadership and preaching (not less than five (5) years).

Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation.

Lead and mentor church staff(s) and ministry leaders.

Develop and implement the church's vision and mission in partnership with the church leaders.

Promote evangelism, discipleship and community outreach.

Officiate weddings, funerals, water baptism, communion services and other church ordinances.

Forster unity, prayers and spiritual growth within the church.
