• Grade 12 and a Chef Certificate/Diploma, preferably in pastry.
• 2–3 years' experience as a Pastry CDP.
• Passion for pastry and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to work with distinguished clientele.
• Ability to work professionally with diverse cultures and religions.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
