Senior Patient Service Associate (Dental)

Summary

Oversee front-desk operations at a dental clinic, train staff, handle patient payments and insurance claims, and ensure smooth daily clinic workflows.

Lead the patient experience at an established dental group. As our Senior Patient Service Associate you will set the standard at the front desk, guide the team, and keep daily operations running smoothly — on a genuine 5-day week.

Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays.

What you’ll do

  • Uphold a high standard of front-line patient service

  • Guide and train front-desk team members; allocate duties and cover gaps

  • Handle escalations and service recovery

  • Oversee accurate payments, end-of-day settlement and timely claims

  • Carry out administrative tasks that support daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies and coordination)

What we’re looking for

  • Prior front-desk / patient-service experience, ideally in a clinic or healthcare setting

  • Experience guiding or training a team

  • Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims (CHAS / Medisave / insurance) and patient correspondence

  • Strong written and verbal communication; a local diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Rotating roster including one weekend day
