Senior/Patient Service Associate, Pharmacy

You will be supporting Pharmacy team in the picking and packing of medication, stocks checking and arranging of the supplies in Pharmacy. You will also handle Home Delivery Service and other duties as assigned from the supervisors.


Job Description

• Assists in the preparation of medication according to prescription/ Pharmacy Requisition forms through pick and pack
• Receives, unpacks and checks stocks against the appropriate documents to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for
• Arranges stocks onto their respective stock shelves in First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) order
• Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepares work areas for daily operations
• Assists in providing quality customer services e.g. through answering telephone enquiries
• Calls and liaises with patients for Home Delivery Service with valid SNEC prescriptions
• Arranges all outstanding valid prescriptions according to names and/or running sequential dates of dispensing
• Arrange dispensed prescriptions into stacks of running dates
• Other duties as directed by supervisors
