Description
- Manage and review accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Review supplier accounts, outstanding balances, and payment-related transactions.
- Review financial data and prepare accurate accounting reports.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and controls.
- Support accounting policies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise accounting assistants and review assigned accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to improve financial operations.
- Support financial reporting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong background in Accounts Payable.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Previous experience working with an ERP system is mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
