At SD Worx Poland, you'll be part of a dynamic international team supporting clients across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Business Services. We're growing fast and looking for payroll professionals who enjoy combining expertise, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
Process payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
Prepare statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
Partner with clients and support them with payroll and HR-related queries.
Participate in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
Act as a payroll expert, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
What you'll bring
Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
Practical knowledge of enova365 payroll software.
Strong understanding of Polish labour and payroll regulations.
Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
Customer-focused mindset and experience working directly with clients.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach.
