Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timely payments, and resolution of payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Handle social insurance registrations, terminations, updates, forms, and government submissions.
- Manage Labor Office requirements, employee documentation, contracts, inspections, and official forms.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and employment history.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical and car insurance, pensions, and other benefits.
- Prepare payroll and HR reports while ensuring compliance with labor, tax, payroll, and social insurance regulations.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Personnel and payroll field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Law or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
