Senior Pega Developer / Lead Pega Engineer

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex Pega-based business process applications.

• Lead the implementation of key workflows, rules, and integrations across distributed systems.

• Contribute to system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to shape functional and non-functional requirements.

• Conduct peer reviews and offer mentorship to junior developers.

• Maintain and enhance reusable components and application layers.

• Assist in release planning, effort estimation, and technical scoping of Pega features.

• Support QA and testing activities with robust design and debugging techniques.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC development experience.

• Experience working with Pega Infinity and Constellation architecture.

• Previous role as a Senior System Architect or Lead Developer in large-scale implementations.

• Pega CLSA or CSSA certification strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, messaging systems, external DBs).

• Familiarity with situational layer cake design and scalable application structuring.

• Comfortable working in Agile teams and navigating complex corporate environments.

• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in the banking domain or regulated enterprise environment.

• Exposure to cloud-native deployments or containerized Pega environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools in the Pega ecosystem.
