Senior Pega Developer

Mandatory Skills: Pega, Pega PRPC, Pega Developer, Pega Workflows, Case Management, Pega Rules, Data Transforms, Activities, Flow Rules, REST API, SOAP API.

Role & responsibilities

• 7-9 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform application development.
• Hands-on experience in building and configuring Pega workflows and case management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Pega rules, including:
• Activities
• Data Transforms
• Flows and Flow Actions
• Decision Rules
• Declare Expressions
• Data Pages
• Report Definitions
• Experience with Pega application configuration and business process automation.
• Knowledge of Pega integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in application debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Pega architecture and application development best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or Pega BPM.
• Experience in Pega application modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Pega DevOps, deployment pipelines, and application release management.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or other enterprise domains.
• Experience with Pega application performance optimization and production support.
