As a Senior People Development Manager, you will lead global and cross-functional initiatives in the areas of Team Development, Skill Management, Knowledge Transfer, and Employee Listening. Working closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, Competence Centers, and international stakeholders, you will ensure that people development programs create measurable impact across the organization.
Tasks
- You contribute to the organization’s journey toward a skills-based workforce by owning and continuously improving the Skill Management process. You work closely with leaders and Competence Centers to identify, build, and maintain critical capabilities.
- You drive initiatives that strengthen knowledge sharing and organizational learning. You develop and establish processes for knowledge retention and knowledge transfer, particularly for strategically important and business-critical roles.
- You partner with business functions to identify future capability requirements and derive targeted development and upskilling initiatives.
- You design and implement concepts, processes, and tools that support the sustainable development of employees, teams, and critical roles.
- You design and facilitate team development interventions for project and leadership teams, ensuring lasting impact and successful implementation of development goals.
- You support major transformation and business initiatives by defining and implementing appropriate people development measures to build the capabilities required for future success.

Qualifications
- You have an university degree (Degree in Business, HR Management, Change Management, Psychology or equivalent) with very good foundation in Learning and Development practices.
- You have several years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a comparable HR discipline.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing programs related to Skill Management, Capability Development, Knowledge Management, or Team Development.
- You bring strong project management experience in international and cross-functional environments.
- You have a demonstrated ability to structure complex topics, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
- You bring strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with leaders at different organizational levels.
- You work in a proactive, structured, and results-oriented way, combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
