- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1 and PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Extensive experience with:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Integration Broker
- Component Interface
- File Layouts
- Application Designer
- Strong SQL development, tuning, and debugging skills.
- Experience working with Query, SQR, Application Engine Programs.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM modules and business processes.
- Expertise in Customer Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger.
- Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise application development.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
