Responsibilities:

Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in java/weblogic application performance
Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of java/weblogic applications
Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations
Monitor and analyse web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering
