Rate: up to 160 PLN net + vat/ hour
Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced NFT Application Performance Engineer to join our team. As a Java Application Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and scalability of our Weblogic applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. This role is critical for performance certification for a complex Core Banking solution.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in Java/Weblogic application performance.
Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of Java/Weblogic applications.
Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations.
Monitor and analyze web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or a similar role.
Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
Proficient in performance testing tools and methodologies (Jmeter).
Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., AppDynamics).
Experience with performance monitoring and analysis specifically for Weblogic applications.
Familiarity with web server configurations and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Temenos Core Banking would be an advantage.
