Senior Performance Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will ensure our systems maintain peak performance and reliability under high demand. You will act as a key advocate for system efficiency, identifying bottlenecks before they impact users and providing actionable insights to optimize technical architectures.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and execute comprehensive load and stress testing scenarios to validate system thresholds.
- Utilize performance profiling tools to identify and resolve resource contention and latency issues.
- Design distributed load patterns that simulate real-world traffic to ensure global application stability.
- Integrate automated performance monitoring into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous feedback.
- Analyze scalability trends to provide data-driven recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
- Partner with development and infrastructure teams to tune system configurations for optimal throughput.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in QA Engineering with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Proven expertise in performance testing, load testing, and scalability validation.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or Locust.
- Hands-on experience with performance profiling and distributed load patterns.
- Strong background in scalability analysis and monitoring integration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
